Senior Vice President, Technology (Insurtech)

What you will do

• Develop and execute the long-term technology vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Lead infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, data, cloud services, and technology operations.
• Establish technology governance, policies, standards, procedures, metrics, and KPIs.
• Partner with executive leadership on technology investments, growth initiatives, digital transformation, and innovation.
• Oversee architecture, integrations, enterprise applications, budgets, vendors, cybersecurity, risk management, compliance, and business continuity.
• Lead, mentor, and develop technology directors and senior leaders across business units.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, management information systems, business administration, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience.
• Experience overseeing multiple technology functions and large-scale enterprise systems.
• Proven success leading technology strategy, digital transformation, and organizational change initiatives.
• Experience managing large technology budgets, strategic vendor relationships, and enterprise technology portfolios.
• Demonstrated experience leading directors, senior leaders, and cross-functional technology organizations.
