Salary: $46–$52 per hour

What you will do
- Implement and oversee safety programs and policies on construction sites.
- Conduct safety inspections, identify hazards, and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct live-line training and provide safety training to employees and contractors.
- Investigate accidents and incidents, analyze root causes, and recommend preventative measures.
- Monitor industry regulations and ensure compliance across construction projects.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate safety into all construction activities.
Requirements
- At least four years of experience in live-line transmission, barehand, and distribution work.
- At least two years of experience in safety.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Commitment to promoting a diverse and inclusive work environment.
Nice to have
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification.
- Certified Utility Safety Professional (CUSP) certification.
- Certified Occupational Safety Specialist (COSS) certification.
- Excel experience.
- Spanish bilingual ability.
