Sr. Buyer, Supply Chain Platform Procurement

Location: Secaucus, New Jersey; based out of the New Jersey office

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end supply for mechanical products through demand analysis, supply planning, and inventory management.
• Execute procurement activities, including forecast releases, purchase orders, and logistics coordination.
• Identify supply risks, monitor shortages and excess inventory, and prepare mitigation actions.
• Negotiate with suppliers on cost, quality, commercial terms, and delivery.
• Monitor vendor performance across delivery, responsiveness, quality, and flexibility.
• Drive improvements in supplier scheduling, material visibility, communication, and internal processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering.
• At least 3 years of direct procurement or supply chain experience in computer OEM/ODM manufacturing or server system solutions; an MS degree with 2+ years of experience may be considered.
• Understanding of server products, procurement principles, supply chain processes, order management, and fulfillment.
• Strong analytical, communication, multitasking, prioritization, planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in English and availability to work from the New Jersey office.
