Location: Huntington, Indiana, USA. Onsite work in an office and/or warehouse environment.

What you will do

• Obtain supplier quotes, create purchase orders, and coordinate purchasing activities.
• Monitor open purchase orders and follow up with vendors to support on-time delivery.
• Maintain purchasing records and documentation in the ERP system.
• Perform cycle counts, investigate inventory discrepancies, and support receiving, stocking, and material tracking.
• Process engineering bills of materials and coordinate with engineering, production, and other departments.
• Support stockroom operations and material flow activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and experience with ERP, inventory, or purchasing systems are preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, resolve routine issues, and work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; employment eligibility is verified through E-Verify.

Nice to have

• Forklift experience and knowledge of material handling practices.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or a related field.
