Project Manager (Manufacturing Automation)

Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States; candidates must be located in eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, or central Virginia. The role is associated with the Allentown, Pennsylvania or Richmond, Virginia office and requires up to 30% regional travel, including occasional overnight visits.

What you will do

• Manage projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closeout using the hirify.global Project Management Methodology.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and drive accountability, collaboration, and alignment among stakeholders.
• Monitor scope, schedule, budget, quality, and performance against project scorecard metrics.
• Maintain strong client and project-team relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor project resources, conduct project reviews, and help resolve organizational obstacles.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Leadership on execution, resource planning, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, computer science, business, project management, or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of experience managing projects through the full project lifecycle.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, project controls, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship experience in a project-based environment.
• Must be located in eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, or central Virginia; flexibility for regional travel and overtime or non-business hours is required.
