Base pay for Washington applicants: $145,188–$203,263.20 per year.

What you will do

• Lead strategic cross-functional supply chain projects for multiple spaceflight systems.
• Analyze capability, capacity, resource requirements, costs, cycle times, and lead times.
• Evaluate insourcing versus outsourcing, inventory strategies, technical capabilities, and cost-benefit scenarios.
• Develop repeatable processes and models for reliable data collection and analysis.
• Create process documentation, business processes, enterprise software requirements, and supporting toolsets.
• Present detailed project findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Strong data collection, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and communication skills.
• Ability to develop comprehensive resourcing and capacity models.
• Experience leading projects from start to finish and presenting cross-functional initiatives to senior leaders.
• Success working in highly ambiguous environments.
• MBA, another relevant graduate degree, or at least five years of operations or supply chain experience.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted refugee or asylee under export control regulations.

Nice to have

• Experience in engineering-development organizations, industrial engineering, aerospace, or corporate finance.
• SQL or other coding ability.
• Experience with enterprise planning and scheduling software.
• Six Sigma or lean certification.
• Proficiency with SQL, Databricks, Excel, or MS Project.
