Transcon Specialist - Night Shift (Logistics)

Location: Phoenix, Arizona, USA; weekend day schedule is hybrid, while listed Panama night shifts run from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

What you will do

• Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow.
• Enter operational data accurately and track and trace transcontinental files.
• Coordinate freight delivery, clearance, customer shipments, and service requirements.
• Manage timely client and vendor billing.
• Maintain supplier relationships, customer procedures, and internal operating documentation.
• Respond to network communications and requests while meeting compliance and KPI standards.

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Fluent English and effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Proactive approach and strong organizational skills.
• Good computer skills, including Excel and Word.
• Ability and willingness to work third shift and 12-hour night shifts as scheduled.
• Understanding of ocean documentation processes is an advantage.

Nice to have

• Hazardous Materials certification.
