Operations Specialist - Contract Logistics

What you will do

• Coordinate daily inbound and outbound contract logistics activities, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, staging, dispatch, and delivery.
• Monitor customer orders and fulfilment while coordinating collections, deliveries, and shipment status updates with transport providers.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, support cycle counts and stock reconciliations, and investigate discrepancies.
• Record orders and inventory movements in WMS or other logistics systems and prepare operational documentation and reports.
• Monitor service levels, operational exceptions, customer queries, billing data, and supporting documentation.
• Support corrective actions, continuous improvement, compliance, and safe operational practices.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in contract logistics, warehousing, freight forwarding, or a related logistics environment.
• Experience with inventory management, order fulfilment, and warehouse operations.
• Experience with WMS, TMS, or other logistics systems is preferred.
• Good Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
• Good written and spoken English required.
