What you will do
- Handle and provide export shipment schedules for assigned customers.
- Reserve vessel space according to customer orders.
- Coordinate with transporters, warehouses, freight forwarders, and carrier agents.
- Resolve problems affecting active customer orders.
- Check third-party freight invoices and send them to customers.
- Enter data into internal systems and prepare reports.
Requirements
- Diploma, bachelor's, or master's degree.
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in logistics forwarding, direct shipping, or exporting.
- Computer literacy in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Fluent English in reading, speaking, and writing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, teamwork, and a hard-working attitude.
- Positive thinking.
Nice to have
- Knowledge and experience with SAP and letters of credit.
