Global Security Operations Center Analyst (Intelligence)

Location: Scottsdale, Arizona, United States; day shift from 7am to 3pm, with availability for all shifts, overtime, and rotating shifts during training.

Salary: $25.01 per hour.

What you will do

• Monitor the safety and security of employees, buildings, assets, and operations worldwide.
• Collect and analyze information to maintain situational awareness and assess threats and incidents.
• Use OSINT sources and internal databases to produce tactical intelligence and investigate persons of interest.
• Write and distribute notifications and daily and weekly intelligence products.
• Assist with incident and emergency management, including rapid triage of threats.
• Monitor company events and employee safety using access control, alarm, CCTV, threat intelligence, and incident management systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service, analytical, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Interest or experience in research and analysis, intelligence, investigations, customer service, or a security operations center.
• Familiarity with access control systems, CCTV monitoring systems, and security platforms is preferred.
• Must be fully authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be available for all shifts, overtime, and all shifts during the training period.
