Security Manager - TS/SCI

What you will do

• Lead and oversee contractor and subcontractor personnel supporting security operations.
• Coordinate work assignments, staffing, schedules, quality control, and performance.
• Manage physical security inspections, access control, visitor management, and security camera and alarm monitoring.
• Track security incidents, vulnerabilities, compliance findings, risks, and corrective actions through completion.
• Prepare security reports, inspection documentation, audit records, performance metrics, and recommended corrective actions.
• Communicate security issues, performance concerns, and resource limitations to government stakeholders.

Requirements

• TS/SCI clearance eligibility required.
• Security Fundamentals Professional Certification.
• At least three years of experience within the last ten years managing a security program of similar size and complexity.
• Experience leading personnel and coordinating security-program activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to identify security risks, monitor performance, and coordinate timely corrective actions.
