Corporate Security Manager

Location: Seattle, Washington, United States; onsite five days a week

Salary: $150,000–$180,000 USD base salary per year, plus potential bonus, equity, and commission.

What you will do

• Develop and implement security strategies, policies, procedures, and programmes protecting personnel, facilities, assets, and information.
• Assess risks and vulnerabilities, conduct security assessments, audits, inspections, and investigations, and implement corrective improvements.
• Manage access control systems, CCTV surveillance, incident-management software, and other security technologies.
• Lead, hire, train, supervise, and performance-manage security personnel.
• Develop emergency response plans, investigate security incidents, and maintain partnerships with internal teams and law enforcement.
• Work with Human Resources, IT, and other teams to integrate security requirements into business processes and projects.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in security management, law enforcement, or the armed forces.
• Experience developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and programmes.
• Experience conducting security assessments, audits, and investigations at scale.
• Knowledge of access control systems, CCTV surveillance, incident-management software, and related security technologies.
• Leadership experience with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse security team.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organisational, and confidentiality-handling skills.

Nice to have

• Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Physical Security Professional (PSP) certification.
• Training or experience in emergency response planning and incident management.
