Account Management Associate / Assistant Vice President (Banking)

What you will do

• Perform internal and risk controls for the department.
• Submit data-maintenance applications in the bank’s systems.
• Handle online banking applications and prepare booking and payment instructions for financial institution deposit business.
• Create and synchronize CIF records for financial institution clients and coordinate approvals for banking RMA and Vostro/Nostro clearing accounts.
• Maintain authorized-signature lists for clients of the Luxembourg Branch and S.A.
• Coordinate with internal departments, cross-border branches, subsidiaries, and headquarters on new business initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience managing corporate and financial institution client relationships.
• Experience in account management or operations at a commercial bank.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Fluent English and Chinese are mandatory.
• Strong communication, presentation, organization, attention to detail, teamwork, integrity, and professionalism.
