What you will do
- Support administrative activities, including onboarding new business relationships.
- Coordinate with internal departments to manage partner-related operations.
- Manage client and prospect relationships and provide regular updates.
- Handle inquiries by phone and email while monitoring industry developments.
- Prepare regular KPI reports and support the acquisition and development of partnerships.
- Contribute to process improvement, operational excellence, and business scaling.
Requirements
- Knowledge of life insurance, wealth management, and independent financial advisors.
- Understanding of MiFID, anti-money laundering, anti-terrorist financing, and privacy regulations.
- Fluency in French and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship management, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Commitment to partner satisfaction and high-quality service.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of European independent financial advisor networks.
- Luxembourg insurance agent certification.
