Career Services Manager

Location: 10451 Bronx, New York, United States; onsite, first shift

Salary: USD 75,000–80,000 yearly

What you will do

• Manage job-seeker development strategies aligned with business needs.
• Oversee career services quality systems and program performance.
• Ensure compliance with career services placement regulations.
• Develop, motivate, train, and lead the career services team.
• Coordinate with business services and training teams to support customer needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in career services, education, social work, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in job development with diverse or hard-to-serve populations.
• At least 3 years of team management experience.
• Strong written, verbal, organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel and data management software.
