Digitalization Project Manager for Manufacturing

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end digitalization projects against budget, schedule, and quality objectives.
• Develop and execute a site-specific digitalization roadmap aligned with business priorities and global strategies.
• Define project scopes, deliverables, and success metrics with engineering teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and report project status to leadership and stakeholders.
• Implement Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and SCADA capabilities in the Additive Manufacturing environment.
• Analyze manufacturing workflows and deliver digitalization, automation, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Manufacturing Technology, or a related technical field.
• Significant project management experience in manufacturing, production, industrial engineering, or industrial digitalization.
• Experience leading digital transformation, process improvement, automation, MES, SCADA, or shopfloor IT implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, smart factory technologies, workflow management, process development, and Lean Manufacturing.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, analytical, troubleshooting, and change management skills.
• Professional English communication skills are required.

Nice to have

• Experience in Additive Manufacturing, advanced production technologies, or Industry 4.0 environments.
