Area Customer Experience Specialist (Banking)

Location: Littleton, Colorado; office-based role requiring travel between local branch locations

Salary: $23.00–$24.00 hourly

What you will do

• Provide coverage across multiple branches, supporting customer transactions and day-to-day branch banking needs.
• Serve as a financial concierge by identifying customer goals and recommending deposit, loan, and other banking products.
• Process transactions accurately, maintain cash controls, and balance daily activity.
• Resolve customer issues and educate customers about deposits, loans, account maintenance, and digital, mobile, and ATM banking.
• Support branch colleagues and create consistent customer experiences while traveling between local branches.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of customer service and branch banking experience.
• Reliable transportation and dependability for working in different branch locations throughout the week.
• Strong comfort with banking technology, customer service, and financial product discussions.
• Must be currently authorized to work full time in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Cash-handling experience.
• Knowledge of banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, and presentation skills.
• Notary licensing.
• Military experience in administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar roles.
