What you will do

• Serve walk-in customers and provide accurate, efficient, and exemplary customer service.
• Identify customer financial goals and recommend appropriate deposit and banking products.
• Grow consumer and business relationships through follow-ups, outbound calls, referrals, and a structured sales process.
• Educate customers and refer them to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
• Process transactions accurately, balance daily activity, and follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of customer service or relevant military service, or a bachelor's degree.
• Demonstrated ability in customer service, sales, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation.
• Applicants must already be authorized to work full-time in the United States.

Nice to have

• At least one year of customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
• Cash handling experience.
• Comfort using mobile services and online banking tools.
