Client Experience Associate (Banking)

Location: Riverside, California, United States; in-office role supporting multiple branches in the region

Base salary: $37,125–$61,875 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Deliver customer service and process a variety of banking interactions.
• Educate customers about financial transaction options, products, tools, and resources.
• Identify banking opportunities and make appropriate referrals to branch staff.
• Engage customers in the lobby and support proactive service-to-sales conversations.
• Resolve customer problems using product and procedural knowledge.
• Complete teller and branch operations accurately and efficiently while following policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Typically less than one year of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• High school diploma or GED may be sufficient; no university degree is required.
• Knowledge of banking products, customer service, and branch banking practices.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, effective communication, problem solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Spanish speaking ability is preferred.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
