Practice Team Veterinarians

Location: 14th Street; on-site

Base salary: $160,000–$190,000 per year, plus 12%–15% quarterly performance-based variable compensation. Total compensation may reach $180,000–$220,000+.

What you will do

• Deliver high-quality client experiences and veterinary medicine using established clinical protocols.
• Diagnose and treat pets with illnesses and injuries.
• Maintain detailed digital medical records and communicate diligently with clients.
• Perform general-practice surgeries and dentistry.
• Administer core vaccinations and provide preventive-care counseling.

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree or equivalent.
• Active veterinary license required.
• 4+ years of veterinary experience required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and client-education skills.
• Commitment to high medical standards and professional ethics.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
