2nd Shift Frontline Leader - Production (Manufacturing)

Location: Hanover, NH and Lebanon, NH; onsite, 2nd shift

Salary: $25.63–$42.71 per hour

What you will do

• Lead a production team through selection, training, coaching, development, performance management, conflict resolution, and recognition.
• Promote a safe, collaborative environment focused on associate well-being, teamwork, and effective standard work.
• Drive continuous improvement participation and implementation of team-generated ideas.
• Support safety and quality programs, including incident reporting, Red Tag and quarantine processes, and root cause analysis.
• Coordinate staffing and production planning with scheduling associates, monitor expedites and logistics, and identify material, labor, or machine capacity shortages.
• Communicate daily operations, delivery metrics, customer demands, and production obstacles across all three shifts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of formal leadership experience.
• Experience with performance management, mentoring, team development, and collaborative leadership.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written, oral, interpersonal, and basic presentation skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform additional production responsibilities, including secondary assembly tasks.
• New employment authorization sponsorship or other immigration-related support is not available.

Nice to have

• Associate degree or higher in a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Leadership experience in Lean manufacturing.
• Project management experience.
