Medical Assistant - Las Vegas, NV (40hrs Weekly, PTO and Benefits)

Location: Las Vegas, NV, United States; onsite clinic role

Salary: $21.00–$25.00 per hour

What you will do

• Support primary care physicians by escorting patients, preparing exam rooms, and collecting updated health information.
• Take vital signs, perform blood draws, administer approved medications and immunizations, bandage wounds, and assist with clinical procedures.
• Manage front-desk activities including scheduling, check-in and check-out, medical record requests, referrals, and coordination of specialist care.
• Document accurate patient data, process test results, and communicate results through approved channels.
• Participate in patient outreach, identify gaps in care, and support individual patient care plans.
• Maintain clinical supplies, office equipment, and treatment areas.

Requirements

• At least one year of Medical Assistant experience, preferably in primary care.
• Graduation from a formal Medical Assistant or related program.
• National or state-specific Medical Assistant certification or registration; certification or registration is required where mandated by state law.
• CPR/BLS certification required by the start date.
• Ability to perform clinical and patient-reception responsibilities in an onsite care center.

Nice to have

• Phlebotomy experience.
