Technical Product Manager II (Cloud Logistics)

Location: San Francisco, CA, United States; travel to company warehouses for one week every 3–4 months is required, with extended hours and weekends as needed.

Salary: $110,000–$135,000 per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Drive cloud logistics products, including an in-house warehouse management system for robotic fulfillment operations.
• Gather requirements and define product requirements and user stories with operations, customer success, engineering, QA, business operations, and leadership.
• Analyze KPIs, warehouse application metrics, and contractual SLAs to measure feature impact and guide the roadmap.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from concept and design through testing, deployment, and release documentation.
• Design test plans, conduct end-to-end feature testing, and support successful launches and long-term quality.
• Train operations and customer success teams, create low-fidelity UI mockups, and maintain integration workflows, specifications, SOPs, and other product documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience as a technical product manager, solutions engineer, or engineer.
• Experience designing and integrating complex software systems, including cloud services, web applications, and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in SQL and REST APIs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends when needed and travel to warehouses for operational support.
