Product Manager II (Technical)

Location: Tysons, Virginia, United States; employees work from the office 4 days a week

Base salary: $110,000–$125,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Own product areas as a subject-matter expert based on experience with dealers, customers, installations, troubleshooting, and product use.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders and align teams on priorities throughout the product lifecycle.
• Write product specifications, test features, gather customer and dealer feedback, create documentation, and oversee quality assurance.
• Coordinate with engineering, support, sales, business intelligence, supply chain, data science, and partners to resolve product issues.
• Plan go-to-market strategies, deliver product presentations, conduct market research, and propose new product lines.
• Drive revenue, customer satisfaction, adoption, and long-term platform value through new and enhanced products.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of product management experience with a record of managing and launching successful products.
• B.E., B.S., BA, or another advanced degree, with strong academic performance.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, critical-thinking, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and persevere through complex challenges.
• Passion for consumer technology and interest in understanding complex products and technologies.
• Computer proficiency, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and a basic understanding of AI.

Nice to have

• Electrical engineering, programming, networking, mathematics, or statistics experience.
• Agentic development, RF, cellular or wireless technology, smart home automation, or home security experience.
• User interface design, web or mobile development, customer service, JIRA, or Confluence experience.
