Hiring range: $88,000–$132,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement scalable learning solutions aligned with business needs and adult learning practices.
• Translate complex technical content into clear, engaging instructional materials.
• Maintain quality across instructional effectiveness, technical functionality, visual design, and accessibility.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure learning accuracy and impact.
• Manage learning projects, including planning, timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• Extensive instructional design experience and knowledge of ADDIE, SAM, or similar methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in Articulate 360, including Storyline and Rise, or similar authoring tools.
• Ability to translate complex technical content into effective learning experiences.
• Strong visual design judgment and adherence to brand standards.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in aerospace, engineering, or manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Camtasia, accessibility testing tools, or equivalent software.
• Familiarity with Zensai LMS.
