Program Manager Talent & Organizational Development

What you will do

• Own the Print Solutions learning program from strategy and roadmap development through launch, measurement, iteration, and stakeholder representation.
• Design role-based learning paths, curricula, facilitator guides, participant materials, job aids, assessments, and manager reinforcement tools.
• Create asynchronous, virtual, in-person, and blended learning using adult learning and instructional design methods such as ADDIE, SAM, and action mapping.
• Build self-paced digital courses in Articulate 360, including Rise and Storyline content, branching scenarios, simulations, knowledge checks, and LMS-ready packages.
• Develop video, graphics, motion elements, presentations, and other media-rich learning materials; lead content-gathering and review sessions with subject-matter experts and business stakeholders.
• Develop onboarding, sales development, manager training, and core L&D roadmaps while using capability assessments, coaching, analytics, and AI tools to improve learning outcomes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or learning experience design, including sales training development and facilitation.
• Portfolio or work samples demonstrating curriculum design and digital course development.
• Professional experience with Articulate 360, including Rise and Storyline, or comparable e-learning authoring tools.
• Experience producing digital media such as video scripts, video recordings, video editing, graphic design, or motion graphics using Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent tools.
• Experience partnering with subject-matter experts and stakeholders, managing reviews, aligning on learning solutions, and using AI tools for content development or program workflows.
• Ability to work onsite at hirify.global headquarters in Framingham, Massachusetts. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is also required.

Nice to have

• Experience developing or facilitating learning for Print Solutions, complex B2B services, or sales organizations.
• Experience administering or publishing content to an LMS or LXP and using learning analytics.
• Experience building or modernizing a media-forward learning program.
• Familiarity with print products, production systems, technology, or digital workflows.
