Salary: $74,000–$112,000 USD annually

What you will do

  • Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning solutions aligned with defined learning objectives.
  • Translate complex technical content into clear, engaging instructional materials using established instructional design methodologies.
  • Apply learning principles and internal standards to ensure instructional quality and learner engagement.
  • Support project timelines, documentation, stakeholder communication, and revisions based on learning feedback.
  • Support LMS administration, including user management, course assignments, enrollment tracking, and access troubleshooting.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of instructional design experience.
  • Working knowledge of ADDIE, SAM, or similar instructional design methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Articulate 360, including Storyline and/or Rise, or comparable authoring tools.
  • Ability to translate complex or technical content into accessible learning experiences.
  • Familiarity with LMS administration, including course setup, user groups, assignment logic, and reporting.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative approach.

Nice to have

  • Experience or exposure to aerospace, engineering, manufacturing, or similar technical environments.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, Camtasia, accessibility testing tools, or equivalent solutions.
  • Familiarity with Zensai LMS.
