Product Design Lead - Design System

What you will do

• Own and evolve reusable component libraries covering navigation, forms, tables, inputs, cards, and other core UI elements.
• Define interaction models, state transitions, motion behaviors, and responsive mobile patterns.
• Structure and maintain design tokens for color, spacing, typography, border radius, and shadows.
• Architect Figma libraries with scalable components, variants, properties, variables, and publishing workflows.
• Partner with engineering teams across Web, React, Flutter, Android, and iOS/Native environments.
• Create documentation, usage guidelines, and governance for consistent and accessible component adoption.

Requirements

• Extensive experience building, scaling, and maintaining production-ready design systems.
• Deep understanding of Web, iOS, and Android platform constraints and design guidelines.
• Portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, scalable design decisions, and improved designer and engineer workflows.
• Advanced Figma proficiency, including libraries, auto-layout, components, variants, variables, and library publication.
• Strong understanding of WCAG, contrast requirements, inclusive design, React, Flutter, and Atomic Design.
• Excellent writing, presentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
