Senior Product Designer

What you will do

• Own end-to-end product design for Badoo surfaces, from discovery and problem framing through interaction design, visual polish, and delivery.
• Design onboarding, people discovery, chatting, paywalls, consumables, and subscription experiences that balance member value with commercial impact.
• Design and iterate experiences for A/B tests, using hypotheses, guardrails, and results to guide decisions.
• Modernise Badoo's design foundations by contributing patterns and components to its evolving design system.
• Collaborate with product managers, research, data science, and engineering to validate hypotheses and evolve designs based on evidence.
• Design inclusive experiences for a global audience, apply AI-powered tools responsibly, and contribute to a high-craft design culture.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience, or an equivalent background demonstrating the required skills.
• End-to-end product design experience delivering thoughtful, high-quality mobile experiences from ambiguity to release.
• Strong product thinking, commercial awareness, visual and interaction design craft, and experience designing for experimentation.
• Fluency in Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Knowledge of inclusive design principles and accessibility standards.
• Ability to take ownership, communicate proactively, and collaborate across disciplines in a lean, fast-moving environment.
