Design Lead

Location: Remote within the United States only; San Francisco is listed as the location, Seattle-based candidates are especially welcome, and regularly scheduled onsite client visits and meetings are required.

What you will do

• Provide hands-on leadership and creative direction for a team of designers.
• Lead the creation, maintenance, and evolution of complex design systems.
• Shape the creative vision for digital platforms and flagship product experiences.
• Collaborate with UX, strategy, and development teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Present creative concepts and design solutions to clients and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior and mid-level designers while promoting creative excellence.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in UI design, art direction, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating work on digital platforms and products.
• Proven ability to lead, inspire, mentor, and develop design teams.
• Deep expertise in scalable, consistent, and innovative design systems.
• Strong knowledge of UI, application, mobile, and responsive design principles.
• Expert proficiency in Figma, including advanced component and library management.
