Senior Business Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Identify AI agent, automation, and data-unification opportunities across Salesforce and adjacent platforms.
• Document current-state processes and design future-state processes using Salesforce Agentforce, Data Cloud, and MCP-based integrations.
• Define business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, agent actions, guardrails, escalation paths, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
• Assess data quality, identity resolution, harmonisation, and readiness for AI use cases with data engineering teams.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops, evaluate feasibility, and align stakeholders on priorities and sequencing.
• Support development, QA, change management, user adoption, documentation, and enablement for AI-driven process changes.

Requirements

• Experience with BPMN process modelling, business requirements elicitation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience, including Sales Cloud or Service Cloud; working knowledge of or strong interest in Agentforce and Data Cloud.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, tool or function calling, and Model Context Protocol.
• Understanding of data unification, identity resolution, data quality, software development methodologies, and the full software development lifecycle.
• Experience facilitating workshops and working in Agile, Scrum, or Kanban environments.
• Experience with Lead-to-Cash processes, data-driven decision-making, and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Teams.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Salesforce Einstein, Copilot Studio, or comparable generative AI features.
• Basic SQL or Python skills for exploring datasets and validating AI or data outputs.
• Awareness of responsible AI principles, including bias, privacy, explainability, and human oversight.
• Salesforce certifications such as AI Associate or Agentforce Specialist.
