What you will do
- Act as the bridge between technical delivery teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with architects and designers to support solution design and innovation.
- Work within Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban), participating in all core ceremonies from backlog refinement to retrospectives.
- Coordinate testing activities, including test case definition, UAT, and defect triage.
- Contribute to business development by supporting sales proposals, RFP responses, and client pitches.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a technology-focused role within management consulting or transformation teams.
- Substantial experience in the Financial Services & Insurance industry (General, Life & Pensions, or Specialty).
- Proven success in leading and delivering complex programmes across business and technology domains.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM, Business, or a related field.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good understanding of data, AI, and digital trends within the FS&I sector.
Nice to have
- MBA degree.
- Certifications such as PMP, Agile/Scrum, PSPO/CSPO, or CBAP.
