ERP Business Analyst (NetSuite)

What you will do

• Conduct as-is and to-be gap analyses, create process maps, and identify change management needs.
• Facilitate project workshops and build alignment across business units, technical leads, project managers, and stakeholders.
• Support data migration, cutover planning, business readiness, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Develop change and communication plans, global process design documents, and risk and control matrices.
• Create end-user training materials, e-learning content, reports, meeting packs, and presentation decks.
• Identify delivery improvements and maintain effective relationships across the programme team.

Requirements

• Solid Business Analyst experience contributing to ERP transformation programmes.
• Hands-on NetSuite experience is essential.
• Strong understanding of finance processes and accounting principles.
• Experience with process mapping, gap analysis, process improvement, business analysis methodologies, and data analysis.
• Confident workshop facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and clear written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, plus Gen AI tools and critical evaluation of AI-generated outputs.
