Policy Analyst (Group Insurance)

Location: Remote, Quebec, Canada

What you will do

• Provide administrative and technical support to internal and external clients.
• Provide telephone support to group administrators during business hours.
• Analyze, document, follow up on, and route requests to internal teams.
• Apply eligibility standards when reviewing enrollment and change requests under group insurance contracts.
• Enter and verify data in administrative systems while meeting quality and deadline requirements.
• Identify anomalies, use tracking tools, adapt client communications, and suggest process improvements.

Requirements

• College diploma (DEC).
• Two years of relevant experience.
• Ability to analyze and interpret insurance contracts.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience in group insurance or customer service is an asset.
• French and English bilingualism is an asset.

• Completion of LOMA 1 and 2 courses according to company policy.
• Experience in group insurance or customer service.
