Clinical Liaison (Transplant Healthcare)

Location: Remote, United States only; assigned geography includes Kansas and Nebraska, with 25–30% field travel.

Base salary: $84,000–$105,000 USD annually, plus potential incentive compensation and restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Support patient management for hirify.global transplant offerings, with a primary focus on laboratory tests.
• Educate transplant center staff and integrate hirify.global services into clinical workflows.
• Coordinate between customers and internal cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Manage customer orders, results, reporting, reimbursement questions, sample processing, and patient blood draw logistics.
• Lead operational efficiency initiatives and identify improvements to ordering processes.
• Travel within the assigned geography to key accounts for business reviews and product updates.

Requirements

• RN degree required.
• Five or more years of transplant experience preferred.
• Certified Clinical Transplant Coordinator certification preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, influence without direct authority, and build cross-functional partnerships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience managing customer expectations and product development updates.
• Proficiency with reporting and data analytics tools such as Excel and Salesforce.
