Thought Leader Liaison US Hematologic Oncology and Transplant Midwest (Hematologic Oncology/Transplant): Building compliant KOL engagement, market insight, and speaker bureau programs for hematologic oncology and transplant with an accent on multiple myeloma, oncology nursing, and cross-functional commercial collaboration. Focus on developing KOL relationships, gathering brand and competitive insights, coordinating advisory boards, and executing speaker training and regional programs across the Midwest territory.
Location: Remote within the United States; must reside within the assigned Midwest territory or a reasonable distance from it. US and Puerto Rico residents only.
Salary: $146,250–$243,750 per year

What you will do
- Identify, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with hematologic oncology and transplant KOLs.
- Execute compliant, on-label KOL engagements, educational programs, conference activities, and executive encounters.
- Partner with oncology nursing organizations and cross-functional teams across marketing, medical affairs, sales, and market access.
- Capture customer, brand, and competitive insights to inform strategy, messaging, and tactical execution.
- Coordinate advisory boards and recruit appropriate healthcare professional consultants.
- Support speaker bureau development, contracting, training, content updates, live program observation, and KPI reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least five years of experience in field sales, product marketing, or medical/clinical work in oncology, hematology, rare disease, immunology, or a related pharmaceutical or biotech area.
- Existing KOL relationships, leadership skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong presentation, organization, project management, analytical, and planning skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and execute strategic and tactical plans under tight timelines.
- Must reside within the assigned geographic territory or a reasonable distance; 60%–80% travel is likely. A valid driver’s license is required.

- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Multiple myeloma, launch, marketing, or infusion product experience.
