Clinical Trials Consultant

Location: United States - Remote

Salary: $110,000–$130,000 USD per year, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Build clinical trial calendars and financial consoles in OnCore and other clinical trial management systems.
• Support clinical trial budget negotiations and implement related financial strategies.
• Manage post-award clinical trial finances and provide departmental or central regulatory support, including IRB submissions.
• Develop trusted relationships with client staff and communicate recommendations to varied audiences, including C-suite leadership.
• Lead surveys, interview questionnaires, client presentations, and consulting solutions to address client challenges.
• Support team leadership and new business development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience working with research institutions in clinical trials.
• Experience managing and leading teams in a collaborative project environment.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to stay current with certifications, training, industry trends, and practices.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify improvement opportunities and pursue professional development.

Nice to have

• Experience building calendars and financials in OnCore or other CTMS platforms.
• Experience with clinical trial billing, budget negotiation, regulatory support, and post-award management.
• Ability to build trusted advisor relationships with clients.
