Project And Operations Professional

Location: Birmingham, England, United Kingdom; hybrid workplace with up to 40% from home. After 12 months, the role may be performed from abroad for up to 90 days per year.

What you will do

• Lead projects and programmes from initial scoping through successful delivery.
• Build relationships with internal teams and clients, maintaining clear communication and ownership of outcomes.
• Develop project plans, statements of work, timelines, budgets, resource plans, and communications.
• Improve project management processes, operating methods, governance, visibility, and reporting.
• Manage risks, scope changes, quality, timelines, budgets, KPIs, and commercial performance.
• Balance creative ambition with commercial requirements across campaigns, production, digital, and experiential work.

Requirements

• At least five years of project and operations experience.
• Experience delivering projects in areas such as paid media, creative production, digital signage, email and HTML campaigns, content scheduling, animation, CGI and 3D, XR, UX/UI, websites, web apps, SMS, packaging, retouching, and photographic shoots.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working with stakeholders at every level.
• Highly process-driven approach with experience developing and continuously improving operational systems.
• Ability to work autonomously, solve problems proactively, and manage delivery against quality, schedule, and financial objectives.
