Account & Project Manager (Marketing)

Location: Remote within the United States; hybrid and in-person options are available near Raleigh, North Carolina.

What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of brand, media, creative, SEO, CRM, and consultative marketing projects.
• Define project goals and success metrics with clients and Enrollment Marketing Consultants.
• Build timelines, secure resources, remove roadblocks, and coordinate strategy, creative, analytics, web, and media teams.
• Track scope, budgets, profitability, timelines, KPIs, project health, and financial performance.
• Lead client communication and purposeful meetings while setting expectations and addressing changes.
• Analyze project outcomes and identify expansion and renewal opportunities based on measurable results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of project management and/or agency experience.
• Experience managing full-lifecycle marketing or advertising projects and tracking KPIs such as margin and pace.
• Experience managing client relationships as the primary point of contact.
• Experience with project management software and cross-functional collaboration.
• Clear written and verbal communication, strong client focus, and the ability to align projects with business goals.
