Manager, Partnerships & Development (Public Health)

Location: Remote for candidates located in the Eastern Seaboard of the United States with US work authorization

Salary: $72,812–$91,602 annual gross, dependent on equivalent experience

hirify.global is a nonprofit organization partnering with governments to recruit, train, equip, and integrate professional community health workers into national health systems serving rural and remote communities.

What you will do

• Manage donor prospect research, prospect briefings, recommendations, concept notes, proposals, pitches, and due diligence deliverables.
• Develop and implement individualized cultivation and stewardship strategies for funding partners.
• Prepare senior leaders and colleagues for donor meetings, visits, conferences, and engagement opportunities.
• Coordinate contributors, timelines, decision points, and deliverables across Partnerships & Communications, finance, MERL, country programs, and senior leadership.
• Maintain project and knowledge management processes and improve partner vetting, opportunity vetting, and proposal development procedures.
• Ensure consistent Salesforce use for prospect, pipeline, reporting, and revenue projection data.

Requirements

• Must be located in the Eastern Seaboard of the United States and have US work authorization.
• Bachelor’s degree in public health, public policy, business, or a related field preferred.
• Experience managing external-facing deliverables and coordinating multiple contributors through deadlines.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, organization, attention to detail, and project management skills.
• Strong relationship-building, emotional intelligence, judgment, and solutions-oriented problem-solving abilities.
• Experience using Google Workspace and Salesforce.

Nice to have

• Experience with philanthropy, institutional donors, donor cultivation, or stewardship strategies.
• Experience leading proposal development or donor reporting.
• Familiarity with global public health NGOs.
