Senior Account Manager

Salary: $97,750–$109,250 USD per year

What you will do

• Establish and lead the client services function as the main escalation and insight point for client marketing teams and the studio.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as the link between marketing teams and creative studio teams.
• Own the brief pipeline from intake and triage through allocation, ensuring briefs are complete and matched to the right capabilities.
• Partner with the Project Manager to improve workflow, utilisation, handoffs, reporting, and on-time delivery.
• Monitor studio workload, capacity, pipeline, risks, scope changes, and commercial implications.
• Identify growth opportunities and support the development of a client services team as the studio scales.

Requirements

• Strong account management experience in a creative agency, in-house studio, or content production environment.
• Experience building senior marketing relationships and managing escalations with commercial awareness.
• Experience improving client services processes, brief intake, workflow management, and escalation frameworks.
• Ability to coordinate multiple internal teams, translate client needs into actionable briefs, and manage scope changes.
• Experience with project management and workflow platforms such as Monday.com, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar.
• Proficiency in Gen AI tools, client-ready presentations, and critical evaluation of AI outputs.

Nice to have

• Experience in an FMCG, beverage, or consumer brand environment.
• Experience working onsite or embedded directly with a client.
• Familiarity with creative production workflows and in-house studio operations.
