Account Manager (AI)

Location: Remote within Latin America (LATAM)

Salary: $2,500–$3,000 USD per month

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and align marketing strategies with their business objectives.
• Develop and oversee email, SMS, and push notification campaigns using AI tools for data analysis and creative execution.
• Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and present actionable recommendations and reports to clients.
• Coordinate creative, analytics, and strategy teams to deliver campaigns efficiently.
• Manage campaign timelines, budgets, execution, and ongoing optimization of engagement, conversions, and ROI.
• Lead client meetings and presentations covering campaign performance and upcoming strategies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, client services, or account management.
• Experience managing multiple client relationships and projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of email, SMS, and push notification marketing.
• Project management experience with Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Practical experience using AI tools for data analysis, campaign optimization, and creative execution.

Nice to have

• Experience with Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
• Experience with Segmetrics, Hyros, or Clarity.
• Experience with Shopify or WordPress.
• Industry experience in sports medicine, alternative wellness, hospitality, restaurants, or digital marketing.
