Intelligence Platform - Senior Specialist - Product Management (Fintech)

Location: Philadelphia or Denver, United States; hybrid work with at least three days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Identify and evaluate business opportunities for the Intelligence Platform using customer insights, market trends, and internal business opportunities.
• Conduct customer and prospect interviews to understand pain points, workflows, and unmet needs.
• Translate customer feedback into hypotheses, experiments, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts.
• Run demonstrations and feedback sessions, define success metrics, and analyze experiment results.
• Develop pricing, packaging, and go-to-market recommendations for validated opportunities.
• Document findings and collaborate with product, engineering, pre-sales, and client stakeholders on roadmap planning and scalable solutions.

Requirements

• Experience in product management, product strategy, innovation, fintech, capital markets, enterprise software, data products, or a related field.
• Ability to assess market opportunities, conduct customer discovery, synthesize insights, and translate needs into product concepts.
• Experience working in ambiguous environments and structuring complex problems.
• Familiarity with prototyping, experimentation, and validating product concepts through customer feedback.
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or GitHub Copilot.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Product Management, or a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in product management, innovation, strategy, fintech, or technology.
• Experience with data platforms, AI-enabled products, market intelligence, or capital markets technology.
• Basic coding or prototyping experience using modern development tools and frameworks.
