Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, sequencing, and lifecycle of the hirify.global Assistant Platform, including Skills and AI-powered agents.
• Translate customer needs, market trends, business objectives, and regulatory considerations into product strategy.
• Establish governance, quality, and consistency standards for core and custom platform capabilities.
• Develop business cases, pricing and packaging strategies, forecasts, and investment recommendations.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Data teams to move capabilities from discovery through general availability.
• Monitor adoption, performance, financial results, and customer feedback while communicating product vision to customers, executives, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant product management experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience owning strategy and roadmaps for a platform or related product suite.
• Experience with AI-powered products, conversational assistants, agents, or similar intelligent software.
• Background in commercial banking, financial services, B2B SaaS, or another regulated industry.
• Technical fluency in platform architecture, data quality, and AI/LLM-based systems, with strong analytical, problem-solving, cross-functional leadership, and executive communication skills.
• Fluent written and oral English and authorization to work for any employer in the United States are required.

Nice to have

• Experience governing AI or client-facing custom capabilities in regulated environments.
• Experience with Pendo or similar product analytics tools.
• Active use of AI tools in product management workflows.
