Senior Analyst, Logistics

What you will do

• Monitor inbound, outbound, inventory, returns, productivity, quality, and service KPIs across Southeast Asia and Oceania.
• Analyze transportation, fulfillment, inventory, service, and cost data to identify trends, risks, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
• Support forecasting, peak-season capacity planning, labor and space planning, and constraint mitigation.
• Validate logistics charges, support cost reconciliation and invoice dispute resolution, and identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Support automation, systems enhancements, SOP development, continuous improvement initiatives, and logistics projects.
• Prepare performance reviews and scorecards, coordinate issue resolution, and communicate insights and risks to stakeholders and logistics partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Analytics, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and data visualization tools.
• Experience using AI-powered tools such as Microsoft Copilot for data analysis, reporting, root cause analysis, and decision support.
• Understanding of transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and supply chain performance metrics.

Nice to have

• Experience managing warehouse operators and third-party logistics providers.
• Experience in fashion, retail, consumer goods, or e-commerce; luxury or premium retail experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4 general accounting and direct and indirect taxation.
