What you will do

• Coordinate daily onboarding activities and support new hires, hiring managers, recruiters, and HR stakeholders.
• Execute onboarding workflows and ensure pre-employment requirements are completed accurately and on time.
• Support I-9 verification, E-Verify, employment verification, and related compliance processes.
• Coordinate new-hire orientation and first-week onboarding logistics.
• Maintain employee records and data in Workday and other HR systems.
• Analyze onboarding data, identify process gaps, and recommend improvements in a high-volume environment supporting 100–200+ new hires per week.

Requirements

• 2+ years of progressive human resources and/or employee onboarding experience.
• Hands-on experience with employee onboarding and HR operations.
• Experience with Workday is required.
• Experience with I-9 verification, E-Verify, employment verification, or pre-employment processes.
• Strong organization, multitasking, time management, communication, customer service, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work onsite in San Antonio, TX and handle confidential information professionally.
