Human Resources Intern (US)

Salary: $19.00–$22.00 per hour

What you will do

• Prepare HR reports, enter and analyze data, and maintain employee records.
• Support onboarding activities for new hires, including completing and verifying I-9 documentation.
• Schedule exit interviews and maintain active and terminated employee files in line with regulatory requirements.
• Track performance-review data and assist with payroll and benefits administration.
• Support or lead ad hoc HR projects with the CPO and HR Generalists.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Strong to advanced Excel and technical skills, with comfort managing spreadsheets and data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with G Suite, including Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Sheets.
• Interest in HR and problem solving.
