Delivery Analyst (GRC)

Location: Singapore, Australia, or New Zealand. Candidates near a hirify.global office are expected to work onsite at least 50% of the time; remote arrangements may be considered elsewhere within these countries.

What you will do

• Deliver Professional Services throughout the customer journey and product enablement lifecycle.
• Understand customer program goals and data collection and processing needs.
• Configure and implement hirify.global products using established methodologies.
• Guide customers on GRC best practices, solution rollout, product usage, and project execution.
• Build the capability to lead implementations independently, including customer presentations and workshops.
• Coordinate with Delivery Managers, Customer Success, Sales, Product, Marketing, and other stakeholders to route and deliver service requests.

Requirements

• Approximately 12+ months of experience in consulting, Professional Services, SaaS implementation, Customer Success, or a related client-facing role.
• Understanding of, or willingness to learn, governance, risk, audit, compliance, internal controls, or information security.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, including support for presentations and workshops.
• Ability to collaborate with customers and internal teams, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accuracy and delivery quality.
• Passion for GRC and ability to engage customers in discussions about GRC requirements and goals.
• Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Singapore, Australia, or New Zealand; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with GRC or analytics tools.
• Experience with platform-based products or solutions.
• Relevant undergraduate degree or professional GRC accreditation, such as CIA, CPA, CISA, CRISC, or CISSP.
