Senior Product Manager (AI/Oncology)

Location: Hybrid work in Kadıköy, Istanbul, Türkiye

hirify.global operates an AI-powered precision medicine platform that helps cancer patients discover and access clinical trials while supporting pharmaceutical companies, CROs, and healthcare systems.

What you will do

• Define product vision, roadmaps, success metrics, priorities, and technical debt plans for assigned platform products.
• Lead product delivery for features that improve clinical trial matching, enrollment, and site performance.
• Translate complex clinical and business requirements into product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Monitor product analytics and clinical outcome data, then iterate based on performance and user feedback.
• Coordinate backlog grooming, sprint planning, release planning, and delivery with engineering squads across multiple time zones.
• Partner with Engineering, Data/AI, Clinical Operations, Provider Engagement, leadership, vendors, and delivery partners.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of product management experience in SaaS, enterprise, platform, or technology products.
• Experience managing complex products with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and technical dependencies.
• Strong Agile delivery, product ownership, decision-making, and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Experience with data-intensive or AI/ML-powered products, including data pipelines, model outputs, and technical architecture discussions.
• Experience shipping products end-to-end, from ambiguous problem definition through launch, measurement, and iteration.
• Fluent spoken and written English is required for all daily communication, documentation, meetings, and cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with oncology, clinical trial operations, or patient-facing health technology.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, GDPR, or mCODE.
• Technical background in engineering, data analysis, or technical product management.
• Knowledge of AWS, GCP, Azure, pharma or CRO partnerships, and drug development workflows.
