CRM Manager – Senior

hirify.global is hiring a Senior CRM Manager to join its Delivery team.

What you will do

• Manage and optimize CRM usage across product, marketing, pre-sales, sales, and operations teams.
• Drive CRM adoption, efficiency, and usability across multiple departments.
• Analyze CRM data to identify actionable insights, business-growth opportunities, and cross-selling potential.
• Build and improve CRM workflows and automation to streamline operations.
• Develop internal reports and dashboards while reducing reliance on external tools.
• Support CRM streams, improve processes, and act as the main point of contact for users.

Requirements

• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate insights into actions.
• Experience reviewing and improving business processes.
• At least 2 years of hands-on HubSpot experience, including setup, automations, user support, and system optimization.
• Knowledge of CRM technologies, pipelines, objects, data health, and configurations.
• Experience creating reports and dashboards, with SQL knowledge or similar technical expertise.

• Experience developing CRM systems in HubSpot.
• Experience with Pipedrive.
• Experience working for a CRM vendor.
• People management experience.
• Experience in the iGaming industry.
